FAQ
The design process includes creating the layout, selecting colors and fonts, and customizing the content according to your individual needs.
You can decide for yourself which fonts, colors, and layout elements (e.g. icon boxes, image boxes) should be used, or what should be featured on the homepage to best present your services.
Alternatively, I can take over the complete design for you – entirely based on your ideas. All of my website packages, except SMALL, are custom-made. This means that you can actively help shape how your website will look.
Yes, of course! If your images are high quality and fit the design, I will gladly integrate them into your website. If you don’t have suitable images, or if your photos are outdated or low resolution, I use licensed images from professional stock databases – this is already included in my pricing packages.
You can also select images yourself from my database at no additional cost. This way, we make sure your website achieves exactly the visual impact you want.
No problem! I will provide images that perfectly match your business and your website. You can either choose images yourself from my database, or I can take care of the selection for you.
I have licenses for various professional image databases, including Canva.com, Freepik.com, Adobe Stock, and many more. In addition, I hold a license for Flaticon.com, which offers more than 16 million icons.
If you want to select specific icons or images yourself, you can simply send them to me via the share button – no need for tedious downloading or manual uploading. That way, everything stays fast and easy!
No problem! I will take care of writing the texts for you. All I need from you is a list of your services or offers. For example, if you are a dentist:
• Emergency dental care
• Crowns & bridges
• Root canal treatment
• Teeth whitening
• Dental hygiene
• Implants
• Check-ups
• Wisdom teeth
• Fillings
• Periodontitis
• Dentures
Based on this information, I will create professional content that perfectly fits your website. If you already have an old website, I can take the existing texts, revise them, and adapt them to the design of your new website.
Note: If it is a completely new product that is not yet on the market, I will need a basic description from you. From that, I will develop the appropriate web content further.
You have full control over the design, and we work closely with you to make sure the final result matches your expectations. We always create a draft that we present to you as a starting point. From there, we adjust everything according to your wishes and shape it exactly the way you want.
For example, if you’d prefer an image on the left side of the text instead of the right, we’ll change it. There are no limits on what can be adjusted. In nearly 500 projects, we’ve never had a case where we couldn’t fulfill a client’s design requests – no matter how different they were.
Yes, of course! You can easily change and adjust the content of your website yourself. I work with WordPress and Elementor, a user-friendly drag-and-drop tool that lets you update texts, images, and layouts – no technical knowledge required.
If you need help, I provide guidance and support so you can quickly and confidently learn how to manage your site.
Yes, you keep your existing domain unless you want to change it or purchase a new one. If you need a new domain, I’ll be happy to help you with the registration.
Just give me a list of three preferred domains, and I will register the first available one for you.
No worries – not at all! Your current website stays online the whole time while the new one is being developed. I build the new site on a separate, temporary domain, so there’s no interruption for your visitors.
And once the new version is ready and you’ve approved it, I’ll move everything over to your regular domain seamlessly – no downtime, no stress. Your audience won’t even notice a thing, except that your site suddenly looks way better.
Invoicing is done via SevDesk, and payment is arranged individually based on the agreed price and delivery time. You’ll receive an official invoice, and the payment terms are clearly discussed in advance – so there are no surprises.
That way, everything stays transparent and straightforward – just like it should be.
Yes, of course! I’ll be happy to prepare a detailed quote for you that covers all the key aspects of your project – including costs and timeline. This way, you have full transparency before making a decision.
No hidden costs, no surprises – just a clear picture of what you’re getting.

Important tips before you buy a website
Before you invest in a website, let’s talk about what your business really needs. Together we’ll define the right features, design, and content so your site isn’t just pretty – it works.
I’ll make sure you end up with a website that’s attractive, user-friendly, and actually delivers results.
What should your website do for you?
Do you want to attract new customers, increase your sales, or highlight something new and exciting? Or should the website simply show what your business does and how to contact you?
If you need a search engine optimized website, we should plan for that from the start to ensure the best possible visibility.
How big should your website be?
How many subpages do you need? If you already have a website – is the existing content still up to date? What can be removed, and what new content should be added?
I’ll gladly help you work through all these questions so that your website delivers exactly what you have in mind.
Do you already have the texts for your website that cover the full scope?
As a rule of thumb: each page should have about half to one A4 page of text.
If you need support, I can provide starter texts for common industries that you can later adapt to your needs. However, if you want to write specific content yourself or if your industry is very specialized, the texts should be ready before I begin building the website.
Do you want to use personal images?
These should be high-resolution, as blurry images can reduce the overall quality of your website. The image format also matters – for example, a portrait image doesn’t work well as a large header image on the homepage.
If you don’t have suitable photos, I have access to professional image databases with a wide variety of high-quality pictures that perfectly fit your website and make it visually appealing.
What budget do you have available for your new website?
The price depends on several factors – including the amount of content, desired features, or special customizations.
Are you planning an online shop?
If yes, then the key questions are: how many products do you want to sell? Should there be customer accounts or other special features? Depending on your requirements, the price can vary, so it’s smart to think ahead about which features you really need.
Do you have specific design requests?
If you already have examples of websites you like, or concrete ideas regarding colors, fonts, and visual identity, let me know. This helps me develop the right design concept from the very beginning.
Since later changes often require extra time, it’s best to define the basic concept as early as possible – that way, we can make the most of your budget.
To make sure your website matches your expectations, your feedback is an essential part of the process.
How does it work?
To finish the website on time, I need your feedback within the deadline specified in the order confirmation – usually within one month. Please send your feedback all at once in a single email and use the visual tool I provide via email.
What happens after completion?
Once the website is published on your domain, it’s all yours. You can update and change the content yourself – keeping your website alive and up to date is crucial for online success. You’ll also find tutorials on my YouTube channel to guide you through it.
Do you still need support?
If you’d like me to continue handling updates and changes after the launch, you can sign a maintenance contract with me.
